Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a professional level sales position focused on profitable growth of the commercial business. The role partners with the GM to manage Team Members and directs drivers for timely delivery, using advanced automotive parts knowledge to support commercial customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining relationships, achieving store goals, and sustaining commercial stocking programs, with eligibility for sales commission based on performance. ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams and supervising daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and drive growth.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Dispatch drivers and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development of Team Members.
