Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Professional level sales associate to support advanced commercial functions and profitable growth. You will manage relationships with commercial customers, supervise team members, and coordinate with the GM on coaching and delivery.

Strong automotive knowledge and ASE-related expertise are valued. The role emphasizes sourcing from multiple channels, driving delivery accuracy, and maintaining stocking programs while working with a team to meet sales and service

Qualifications

• Must have strong reading and interpretation of safety rules and manuals.
• ASE certification preferred but not required; basic automotive knowledge emphasized.
• Minimum 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred; proven sales ability in fulfillment of customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
