Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional level sales associate to support advanced commercial functions. The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention and expansion, partnering with the GM to manage Team Members and direct drivers for timely deliveries.

Primary responsibilities include maintaining commercial customer relationships, driving GAS2 selling for commercial customers, meeting sales goals, and supervising staff. ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts sales/fulfillment experience preferred.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build network of second source suppliers.
