Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional-level sales associate to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth through customer retention and development. The role partners with the store GM to supervise team members, manage delivery coordination, and maintain commercial stocking programs.

You will leverage automotive parts knowledge, source from multiple channels, and apply selling skills to meet personal and store sales goals. ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive parts sales experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development for Team Members.
• Coordinate dispatch of drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build network of second source suppliers.
