The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in commercial painting, strong leadership, and proficiency with industry software to streamline bids, plans, and coordination across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the Commercial Paint or Coatings industry.
• Ability to understand and present products and services.
• On-Center, Planswift, or similar software proficiency.
• Specific experience in commercial painting required.
• Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead/manage all PMs and APMs.
• Oversee and handle all financials of the team (projects, bidding etc.).
• Provide leadership to project teams.
• Be a hands-on and reliable leader.
