Job summary

Uber is seeking a Sr. Associate, Commercial Operations to join the Global Commercial Operations team for the Retail US & Canada business.

You will support forecasting, cadence management, and growth initiatives, building advanced forecast models and collaborating with sales, finance, HR, and strategy stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical skills, 4+ years in analytics, Salesforce proficiency, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an analytical role with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations, reports, and presentations.
• 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, GTM strategy or similar functions supporting a complex enterprise
• Salesforce proficiency
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Own quantitative analysis of the performance of the sales teams
• Manage the development of continuously evolving forecast models using cutting edge methodologies
• Contribute to the evolution, management, integration and implementation of sales support systems and processes to meet the rapid growth of the busines
• Manage the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business cadences
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with sales, leadership, finance, HR, Strategy & Planning, deal desk and other stakeholders
• Lead special projects in and outside of segment and territory
