The ideal candidate has 5+ years in new construction plumbing, holds a Kentucky Journeyman Plumbing license, and can lead crews, coordinate with inspectors, and manage timelines.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial new construction plumbing.
• Valid Kentucky Journeyman Plumbing license required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate commercial plumbing construction projects from start to finish.
• Lead field crews and coordinate with subcontractors and project managers.
• Ensure work meets plans, codes, inspections, and company standards.
• Hold regular progress meetings and communicate expectations.
• Maintain safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
