Job summary

TurnPoint Services’ Greenwell Plumbing, Heating and Air division in New Albany, IN is seeking a New Construction Plumbing Apprentice. Under the direct supervision of a Licensed Plumber, you will gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial groundwork, rough-ins, and finish work while building a long-term career in the skilled trades.

You will maintain a clean job site, manage invoices and timecards, communicate professionally with teammates and customers, and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and build a long-term career in skilled trades.
• 6 months of plumbing experience preferred.
• Recent graduate of a plumbing trade program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential or commercial New Construction groundwork, rough-ins, finish work, etc.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and option sheets.
• Communicate professionally with teammates and customers.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.

Role Overview

New Construction Plumbing Apprentice

Are you ready to launch a high-demand, hands‑on career in the trades?

At Greenwell Plumbing, Heating and Air, we’re looking for motivated individuals who want to build a future in Plumbing as an Apprentice— and we’ll help you every step of the way.

Pay: $17-$20, hourly

Location: New Albany, IN

Under the direct supervision of a Licensed Plumber, you will:

Preferred requirements:

• 6 months of plumbing experience
• Recent Graduate of a plumbing trade program

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
