Set Point Heating/Cooling and Plumbing is seeking a Lead Plumber to direct residential and commercial plumbing installations across Ohio. You will lead on-site teams, interpret blueprints, ensure code compliance, and mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of plumbing experience.
• Ability to read and execute from detailed blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of IRC national plumbing codes.
• Experience managing field crews and directing daily workflow.
• Problem-solving abilities for residential and commercial environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead residential and commercial plumbing installations across multiple sites.
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints and plans.
• Direct field crew to ensure safety and timely project completion.
• Resolve on-site challenges with effective, practical solutions.
• Maintain high workmanship standards on all sites and communicate with management.
