Job summary

Greenwell Plumbing, Heating and Air, part of TurnPoint Services, is hiring a New Construction Plumbing Apprentice in New Albany, IN. Under the direct supervision of a Licensed Plumber, you’ll perform groundwork, rough-ins, and finish work on residential or commercial projects.

Starting pay is $17-$20 per hour. We offer comprehensive benefits, ongoing training through our Apprenticeship Academy, and clear career paths across a national platform that values teamwork, safety, and service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Desire to build a long-term career in the skilled trades.
• Willingness to learn, work hard, and show up with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential or commercial New Construction Groundwork, rough ins, finish work.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and option sheets.
• Communicate professionally with teammates and customers.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
