Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Loan Servicing Sr. Analyst to manage the servicing of large portfolios of commercial mortgage loans. You will act as the primary liaison between lenders, master servicers, producers and borrowers, ensuring procedures are followed and loans are serviced accurately.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong MS Office/advanced math skills to perform financial calculations, with a commitment to CBRE's values of integrity, service and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills; ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of assigned high-volume commercial mortgage loan portfolios.
• Act as the primary contact between lenders, master servicers, producers and borrowers.
• Work with a Loan Sr. Analyst or Portfolio Sr. Analyst to ensure that procedures are being followed.
• Review and interpret loan documents and ensure compliance with loan servicing agreements.
• Review and prepare multifaceted recommendations for lender consent items such as easements, leases, loan assumptions, and many other real estate-related issues.
• Coordinate conference calls with lenders, special servicers, or master servicers, updating them on loan issues and other specific investor requests.
