Job summary
CRE Finance Council is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Servicing Analyst to support financial oversight, servicing, and management of a diversified CRE loan portfolio. The role blends financial analysis with portfolio monitoring, loan administration, and asset management support.
You will analyze borrower financials, monitor performance metrics, oversee servicing activities, and prepare investor reporting, contributing to risk assessment and portfolio optimization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, lending, loan servicing, or asset management.
- Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of commercial loan documentation.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with servicing platforms such as FICS.
- Exposure to CMBS, agency, bank, or institutional CRE loan portfolios advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Analyze borrower financial statements, rent rolls, property cash flows, and operating performance.
- Monitor portfolio performance, including DSCR, debt yield, occupancy, and leverage.
- Oversee loan servicing activities, including escrows, reserves, payments, and borrower requests.
- Monitor loan covenants, compliance requirements, and emerging portfolio risks.
- Coordinate loan modifications, payoffs, and other servicing transactions.
- Prepare portfolio analysis, management reports, and investor reporting.
