Ascendo Resources represents an established investment and lending firm seeking an experienced analyst to support financial oversight, servicing, and management of a diversified commercial real estate loan portfolio.

This role combines financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, loan administration, and asset management support.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3+ years of CRE finance, lending, loan servicing, or asset management experience.
• Strong financial analysis and loan documentation understanding.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; FICS or similar servicing platforms preferred.

Mansioni

• Analyze borrower financials, rent rolls, property cash flows and operating performance.
• Monitor DSCR, debt yield, occupancy, and leverage across the portfolio.
• Oversee loan servicing activities including escrows, reserves, payments and borrower requests.
• Monitor covenants, compliance and portfolio risks; coordinate modifications and payoffs.
• Prepare portfolio analyses, management reports and investor reporting.

We are representing an established investment and lending firm seeking an experienced analyst to support the financial oversight, servicing, and management of a diversified commercial real estate loan portfolio.

This role combines financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, loan administration, and asset management support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze borrower financial statements, rent rolls, property cash flows, and operating performance.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including DSCR, debt yield, occupancy, and leverage.
• Oversee loan servicing activities, including escrows, reserves, payments, and borrower requests.
• Monitor loan covenants, compliance requirements, and emerging portfolio risks.
• Coordinate loan modifications, payoffs, and other servicing transactions.
• Prepare portfolio analysis, management reports, and investor reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, lending, loan servicing, or asset management.
• Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of commercial loan documentation.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with FICS or similar servicing platforms preferred.
• Exposure to CMBS, agency, bank, or institutional CRE loan portfolios advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
