Beghou Consulting in the United States is seeking an experienced leader to drive the implementation and delivery of Master Data Management (MDM) across pharma and life sciences client projects. You will oversee end‑to‑end DW/MDM initiatives from concept to delivery and partner with clients to shape strategy and outcomes.

• Minimum 4+ years in master data or commercial data strategy in US pharma.
• Proven track record implementing MDM for HCP/HCO or payer data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DW/MDM projects focused on HCP, HCO, and payer data for commercial operations.
• Define project scope with clients and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Manage client communications, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors for data exchanges and quality.
• Synthesize findings into actionable client insights and recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster an inclusive, innovative culture.
