Qualifications

• Strong experience in commercial contract negotiations in the energy sector.
• Proficient in standard industry contract forms like FIDIC, NEC, JCT.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or German is favorable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead contract negotiation for equipment and services.
• Manage commercial tender responses for projects within EMEA.
• Support execution team in delivery of BESS projects.
• Work with procurement to define tender strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes.
