Job summary

Prosperity Bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Specialist for Corporate Administration Closers. The role handles the ordering and review of commercial loan documents, booking and funding complex loans, and ensuring compliance with regulations and bank policies.

Works with lending teams, attorneys, title companies and analysts to close loans. Responsibilities include reviewing documents, ensuring proper loan coding, closing instructions, and accurate funding.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of PB policies and loan documentation.
• Reviews LaserPro and attorney prepared documents prior to booking and funding.
• Coordinates with loan officers, borrowers, title companies and attorneys to close and fund loans.
• Reviews title policies for accurate descriptions and prepares closing instructions.
• Determines loan system coding and books loans to core system.
• Funds loans accurately and balances transactions daily.
• Provides loan documentation expertise to the team and supports senior staff.
