Qualifications

• Three years of loan administration experience.
• Ability to read and interpret loan documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and assemble new, renewed, and modified loan documents for commercial and business loan products including secured and unsecured loans, commitments, lines of credit, letters of credit, interim construction, participations/syndications.
• Utilize LaserPro software to prepare loan documents.
• Review attorney prepared documents prior to funding and boarding to ensure loan stipulations are met.
• Funds loans accurately and balance daily.
• Provide top quality service to lenders and lending staff while meeting documentation processing timeframes.
