Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Administrative Loan Assistant experience.
• SBA lending experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Assist loan officers on commercial and real estate loans.
• Coordinate with title companies on real estate loans.
• Provide administrative and operational support within the commercial loan function.
• Organize and schedule loan closings.
• Gather credit and loan information from customers.
• Prepare loan packages and documents for signatures.
• Maintain accurate loan files and records.
