Qualifications

• 5 years' related work experience.
• Knowledge of commercial loan documentation and collateral.
• Commercial loan systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new loans to the core system and reviews related documents.
• Processes payments, advances, and reversals for accuracy.
• Handles non-accrual and charge-off entries for Commercial Loan Dept.
• Monitors rate indices in IBS Bank Control and ensures timely updates.
• Reconciles general ledger balances for system accuracy.
• Manages Salesforce Queues and processes requests.
• Completes audit confirmations timely and accurately.
• Tests new system releases and participates in mappings for acquisitions.
• Ensures compliance with banking laws and internal policies.
