• Perform loan servicing tasks timely per procedures to meet expectations.
• Assist with loan boarding, payoff requests, payments, discharges, escrow, and research.
• Escalate delays to team lead; propose improvements as appropriate.
• Interact with team, customers, vendors, and municipalities via written and spoken communication.
• Stay updated on loan servicing regulations and compliance.
• Support other department needs as requested.
