Job summary

Beacon Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing professional in the Bank Operations division to support Commercial Loan Servicing. The role reviews loan documents, data boards loans, processes payments, and ensures accuracy in the core loan system with attention to regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include reconciling ledgers, monitoring queues, and supporting system testing for new releases, while maintaining strong customer service and ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications

• 5 years' related work experience
• Knowledge of commercial loan documentation and collateral
• Commercial loan systems experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Onboards new loans to the core system reviewing Credit Approval Memo, documents and boarding data to ensure accuracy.
• Ensures accurate processing of payments, loan advances and reversals to maintain accuracy in the loan core system.
• Monitors and reconciles general ledger balances and loan servicing ticklers; handles SWAP loans related to payment processing.
