Job summary

Beacon Bank is seeking a Sr. Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to join our Commercial Loan Servicing department in Boston, MA or Pittsfield, MA.

This non-exempt, grade 8 role reports to multiple supervisors and involves end-to-end loan servicing tasks for commercial loans with strong attention to policy and regulatory guidelines. The position requires strong problem resolution, analytical skills, proficiency with loan documentation and systems, and the ability to support junior staff while

Qualifications

5 years’ related work experience
Knowledge of commercial loan documentation and collateral
Commercial loan systems experience preferred

Responsibilities

Onboards new loans to core system and reviews Credit Approval Memo, documents and Boarding Data sheet for accuracy.
Processes payments, loan advances and transaction reversals to maintain core system accuracy.
Reconciles general ledger balances to ensure system accuracy.
Monitors Salesforce Queues for requests and processes accordingly.
Handles SWAP loan related payment processes and monitors specialty loans such as USDA loans.
Ensures compliance with banking laws, rules, regulations and internal policies.
