Provident Bank, a respected financial institution with roots in New Jersey, seeks a senior loan servicing specialist. Under supervision, you will manage complex commercial loan servicing tasks, including applications of funds, tax escrow, and monthly billing, while training newer staff and handling high-priority issues with customers.
The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, strong Excel capabilities, and proficiency in Horizon and ACBS systems.

- 5–7 years of related experience.
- Interpretation of loan documentation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to create Excel spreadsheets and use formulas for bills/reports.
- Take ownership of workflow with minimal supervision.
Responsabilidades
- Assist with managing commercial loan servicing activities and ensure deadlines.
- Set up borrower and financial information for new loan closings in Horizon/ACBS; verify accuracy.
- Process loan modifications including extensions and rate adjustments.
- Administer real estate tax escrow reports and resolve discrepancies with municipalities.
- Handle monthly billing process and contact borrowers on returned mail items.
- Process monetary transactions: payments, fees, payoffs, advances, and pay-downs.
- Train new staff on bank policies and procedures.
