Provident Bank in Oak Ridge, NJ is seeking an entry-level Loan Servicing Representative I to support commercial loan servicing activities. You will manage funds application, tax payments, and inquiries while ensuring timely processing and data accuracy across Horizon and ACBS systems.

The role requires basic loan documentation interpretation, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Interpretation of all loan documentation.
• Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely.
• Working knowledge of Horizon System and ACBS System.
• Proficient PC skills and Excel for bills/reports.
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong mathematical background required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with managing commercial loan servicing activities.
• Meet deadlines for internal and external customers.
• Resolve high priority issues via communication with customers.
• Set up borrower and financial data for new loan closings in Horizon/ACBS.
• Read and verify loan documents for system accuracy.
• Track interest rate adjustments and verify system letters for compliance.
• Process loan modifications across the portfolio.
• Input modified data after Credit Committee approval.
• Manage real estate tax escrow disbursement to prevent negative escrow.
• Contact municipalities for tax amounts and reconciliation of escrows.
• Handle monthly billing process for commercial accounts.
• Train new staff on bank policies and procedures.
