Job summary

CBRE Loan Servicing Sr. Analyst role manages the servicing of large portfolios of commercial mortgage loans and serves as the primary liaison between lenders, master servicers, producers and borrowers.

You will review loan documents, ensure compliance with servicing agreements, coordinate calls with lenders, and prepare recommendations on easements, leases and loan assumptions while applying standard procedures to meet deadlines. Strong organizational and math skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of assigned high-volume commercial mortgage loan portfolios.
• Act as the primary contact between lenders, master servicers, producers and borrowers.
• Review and interpret loan documents and ensure compliance with loan servicing agreements.
• Coordinate conference calls with lenders, special servicers, or master servicers, updating them on loan issues and investor requests.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.
