Responsibilities

• Review loan documents to identify covenants and set them up in the servicing system.
• Monitor compliance reports and follow up with borrowers as needed.
• Answer borrower questions via email and phone about commercial mortgages.
• Report covenant results to Senior Management and Portfolio Managers.
• Collect financial statements and ensure loan obligations are met.
• Maintain records in internal and client systems per policy.
• Assist Portfolio Managers and Analysts as needed.
