• Familiarity with regulatory expectations and credit risk management practices.

• Manage and monitor a commercial loan portfolio totaling $100MM or more.
• Conduct annual and periodic credit reviews, renewals, and risk rating assessments
• Analyze borrower financial statements and compliance with loan covenants
• Identify deteriorating credit trends and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with lenders on loan structuring, modifications, and renewals
• Prepare credit memoranda, portfolio reports, and regulatory documentation
• Assist in the management of criticized and classified credits
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory examinations
• Perform other duties as assigned
