Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years in portfolio management in a community bank or similar.
• Proven track record managing complex loan portfolios (real estate and business lending).
• Experience with credit analysis, due diligence, and loan documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of bank structures, products, procedures, and regulatory environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Abrigo (Sageworks) preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular loan monitoring reviews.
• Prepare Credit Reviews to assess asset quality vs original underwriting.
• Evaluate borrower financial statements, rent rolls, and project status reports.
• Coordinate site visits and prepare site visit reports per policy.
• Assist Portfolio Management with portfolio reporting (asset quality, stress testing, industry analysis).
• Maintain loan risk ratings and annual reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Credit Policy and regulations.
• Serve as loan-level expert for complex construction, permanent, and/or C&I loans.
• Maintain professional post-closing borrower relationships.
• Complete site visits, covenants, and annual reviews timely.
• Maintain reporting on tracking systems for accuracy.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and special projects.
