Qualifications

• A B.S. or B.A. in a related field normally required; specialized commercial banking education and/or training.
• Strong communication, analytical and numerical skills; sales and client-relations capabilities.
• Proficiency with bank products and lending policies; proficient PC skills (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage an individual loan portfolio and maintain relationships to cross-sell opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales objectives and integrate with the bank’s annual budget.
• Solicit new business from present and prospective customers.
• Provide direct service to commercial customers for deposits, loans, and other products.
• Present to loan committee and assist customers in obtaining specialized services.
• Train Commercial Loan officer I.
