Western in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Commercial Banking Associate III to support loan documentation, closing coordination, and ongoing servicing. Qualifications

• 5 years of Commercial loan processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial and Agricultural loan documentation and processing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while knowing when to escalate an issue.
• Strong communication, customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with LaserPro strongly aligned with the responsibilities of this role.

Responsibilities

• Preparing Commercial loan documents in LaserPro based on approved terms and conditions.
• Coordinating pre- and post-closing activities, including flood certificates, lien searches, title work, insurance, funding, invoice payments, and document imaging.
• Maintaining documentation ticklers and preparing follow-up requests to keep loan files complete and current.
• Working with participation banks on new participated loans and ongoing file documentation.
• Supporting the team with accurate, timely information throughout the loan process.
• Assisting leadership with updates to team policies and procedures.
• Helping train new and existing team members on processes and best practices.
• Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and strengthen the customer experience.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
