Job summary

Texas Capital is seeking a Loan Operations Originations Manager to lead commercial and CRE closing activities across the bank. You will manage team leads, partner with Lending, Credit, Legal, and Compliance, and drive end-to-end closing, funding, and servicing support.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, regulatory compliance and scalable processes, with focus on growth initiatives and delivering superior client experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in commercial lending or loan ops.
• Minimum 5 years CRE loan closing, including complex properties.
• Minimum 8 years in management of loan production/closing teams.
• Experience with ACBS or similar loan servicing/origination platform.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead loan operations teams across commercial, corporate and CRE closing.
• Oversee CRE closing, booking, funding, and servicing.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls.
• Partner with Lending, Legal, and Compliance leadership.
