• Maintains knowledge of commercial loan products and applicable laws and S&T Bank Lending Policy to ensure compliance.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of commercial documentation, with emphasis on organizational documents to ensure documents are prepared accordingly.
• Trains and mentors new team members to aid in development of their skills.
