Responsibilities

• Run sophisticated commercial litigation matters with meaningful ownership.
• Work across corporate ownership, shareholder, fraud, contract, real estate and employment disputes.
• Manage full litigation lifecycle: strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, negotiations, arbitration and trial prep.
• Collaborate with senior litigators who remain actively involved in trials.
