Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage extensive written discovery and document-heavy disputes
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
• Support trial preparation and hearings
