Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is a national AmLaw 100 platform offering a remote defense-focused commercial litigation attorney role. You will handle sophisticated commercial disputes, including high-stakes contract and business-tort matters, from a 100% remote setup in Texas.

You will draft pleadings, conduct legal research, take and defend depositions, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to drive strategy and trial readiness. A strong academic record and Texas Bar admission are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar admission.
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong writing, research and analytical skills.
• Excellent academic record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery.
• Conducting legal research and developing litigation strategy.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Managing written discovery and document-heavy disputes.
• Working directly with clients, opposing counsel and internal litigation teams.
• Supporting trial preparation, hearings, mediations and strategy.
