Qualifications

• JD and active New York bar required.
• 4–8 years post-bar civil, commercial, or insurance litigation – current Associate, Counsel, or Partner.
• Depositions taken in the last 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Litigate New York commercial and complex civil disputes in state and federal court.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions, including coverage-related disputes.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear for hearings and trial when the case needs it.
