We Are Legal Revolution, a confidential Dallas-based boutique litigation practice, seeks a senior-level commercial litigator to lead sophisticated business disputes. The role offers significant responsibility, mentorship, and the chance to steer matters end-to-end while guiding junior team members.

The attorney will focus on 100% litigation in business disputes, including construction matters, with options to develop business and lead teams.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• ~7+ years in business and commercial litigation; 5+ years with meaningful trial experience possible.
• Experience handling complex disputes including partnership/shareholder issues, fraud, and fiduciary duty breaches.

Responsabilités

• Manage a docket of commercial litigation matters including partnership/shareholder disputes, fraud, and fiduciary claims.
• Drive strategy and execution across pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, mediations, and trial prep.
• Advise business clients on risk and dispute resolution; lead a small case team of junior attorneys and paralegals.
