We Are Legal Revolution in Boston seeks a 2nd to 5th year Commercial Litigation Associate for a fully remote role with a renowned international firm. You’ll handle high value disputes and have exposure to both US and European matters from day one.

The position offers a substantive, trial-focused track, MA bar admission, and a base salary of $225,000 to $325,000 plus performance bonuses, with a target of 2,000 billable hours.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 to 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience at a reputable firm.
• Proven experience handling discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation in business disputes.
• Admission to the Massachusetts bar.
• Strong academic credentials from a well regarded law school.
• Clerkship experience and both plaintiff and defense exposure preferred but not required.
• Base salary of $225,000 to $325,000; performance-based bonus; target of 2,000 billable hours.
• Fully remote role with international platform exposure.

Responsabilités

• Manage key phases of complex commercial litigation from discovery through trial preparation.
• Draft motions, briefs, and memoranda in high value business disputes in state and federal courts.
• Coordinate document discovery, including strategy, review oversight, and preparation of discovery responses.
• Support and, as appropriate, conduct depositions, witness preparation, and hearings with direct client exposure.
• Work closely with partners on case strategy while taking substantive ownership of assigned matters.
