Job summary

Sul Lee Law Firm, PLLC in Dallas, Texas seeks a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to lead a litigation pod within its business practice. The role requires 5+ years of litigation experience, with 10+ years strongly preferred, and a track record representing small and mid-sized businesses.

The Senior Attorney will shape strategy, manage client relationships, supervise staff, and advance complex commercial matters, including contract and fiduciary disputes. Texas Bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience; 10+ years strongly preferred.
• Experience representing small and mid-sized businesses and closely held companies.
• Commercial litigation focus including partnership and shareholder disputes, business divorces, breach of contract, fiduciary-duty claims, fraud and business torts, construction disputes.
• Ability to provide practical business advice while managing litigation budgets and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee litigation strategy from case intake to resolution or trial.
• Manage client relationships including communication, expectation management, and budgeting.
• Develop and manage discovery strategy, key depositions, and expert issues.
• Draft and review dispositive motions and briefs; supervise junior attorneys.
• Argue substantive motions and conduct hearings; handle TROs and injunctions.
• Lead settlement negotiations and mediations; participate in trial preparation.
