Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience (8+ preferred for the top of the range).
• Deep knowledge of Texas state and federal court procedures.
• Hands-on experience with e-discovery platforms and case management software.
• Proven ability to manage a heavy, complex caseload independently.
• Excellent writing, organization, and judgment.
• Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters from pleadings through trial with minimal attorney oversight.
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and motions.
• Lead document review, production, and e-discovery workflows.
• Prepare deposition outlines, exhibits, and trial binders, and support attorneys at trial.
• Manage case calendars, court deadlines, and case budgets.
• Mentor junior paralegals and assistants.
