The ideal candidate will handle matters from inception through trial across real estate disputes, business torts, and insolvency-related litigation while building client relationships and contributing to firm growth.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar.
• 8+ years of litigation experience with significant trial exposure.
• Demonstrated experience in real estate disputes, business torts, and insolvency-related litigation.
• Portable book of business typically $500K+.
• Proven ability to independently manage cases and client relationships.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of complex litigation from pre-suit through trial and appeal.
• Serve as first-chair or second-chair trial counsel in state and federal courts.
• Handle a diverse caseload including real estate litigation, business torts, partnership disputes, officer/director liability, complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy-related litigation, and defense matters.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships while contributing to firm business development.
