Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the applicable state bar.
• 3+ years of business, commercial, or civil litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting substantive motions and managing discovery.
• Deposition, mediation, arbitration, and courtroom experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-relations skills.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and strategic thinking.
• Self-motivated professional with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of business and commercial litigation matters.
• Represent clients in contract disputes, partnership and shareholder conflicts, business tort claims, fiduciary duty matters, and other complex commercial disputes.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions, participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare witnesses and clients for hearings, depositions, and trial proceedings.
• Advocate for clients in court hearings, evidentiary proceedings, and trial.
• Analyze legal and business issues to provide practical, strategic advice.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality legal representation.
