Ideal candidates will have a JD, Florida bar admission, 3-5 years of experience in federal and state court litigation, and strong writing and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Florida bar admission required.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Experience in federal and state court litigation.
• Strong writing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial litigation including research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients in complex commercial disputes.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent client service.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to achieve successful outcomes.
• Stay updated on legal developments affecting commercial litigation.
