Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial and construction litigation paralegal role
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate
• Law firm or in-house paralegal experience
• Knowledge of civil litigation rules and court filings
• Proficiency with MS Office and e-discovery tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with complex commercial and construction litigation matters
• Collect and organize case evidence and electronic databases
• Review, code, organize, and prepare document productions
• Draft pleadings, court papers, and discovery documents
• Manage key document collections and witness materials
• Research court procedures and related materials for cases/witnesses/experts
• Provide trial prep and support
• Communicate with clients, experts, and third parties
• Filing documents electronically (state and federal) and prepare materials
• Perform other duties as assigned
