Job summary

Fennemore in Seattle seeks a highly skilled commercial litigator with at least seven years of experience to join our growing office on a hybrid basis, with roughly 50% in the office. This attorney will manage day-to-day large-document litigation, lead discovery and ESI management, draft compelling briefs, conduct depositions, and supervise paralegals and junior lawyers.

Washington Bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quality experience in commercial litigation.
• Experience managing day-to-day conduct of large-document litigation.
• Significant skill and experience in the discovery, review and management of ESI.
• Ability to prepare well written, cogent briefs without supervision on substantive and procedural topics.
• Significant deposition and witness examination experience.
• Some trial experience.
• Experience supervising paralegals and other lawyers; client relations skills.
