The role requires independent work, strong organization, and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Pro. Notary or willingness to become one is a plus; in-office hours are typical, with full-time benefits including insurance and parking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years as paralegal/legal assistant in commercial litigation.
• Experience with and ability to E-file in State and Federal courts.

Responsibilities

• Organize client materials and attorney work product.
• Facilitate discovery and court filings; draft simple pleadings and motions.
• Maintain and calendar for attorneys including hearings and deadlines; assist with trial prep.
