Job summary

Certus Recruitment is partnering with a well-established commercial litigation practice to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal. You will support commercial litigation matters from inception through trial, including discovery, depositions, and client communications.

• Previous litigation paralegal experience – this is essential.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and deadlines.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and preparing correspondence, pleadings, motions and other litigation documents.
• Supporting all stages of the discovery process.
• Coordinating depositions, mediations, hearings and client meetings.
• Managing case calendars, court deadlines and scheduling orders.
• Organizing document collection, review and production.
• Preparing exhibits and coordinating witnesses for trial.
• Managing case files and ensuring documentation remains accurate and up to date.
• Working closely with attorneys across multiple active matters.

Litigation Paralegal – Commercial Litigation

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + Benefits

Certus Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and growing commercial litigation practice looking to add an experienced Litigation Paralegal to its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being genuinely involved in cases, working closely with attorneys and taking responsibility for keeping complex litigation matters moving.

You'll support commercial litigation cases from inception through to trial, with exposure across case management, discovery, trial preparation and client communication.

What you'll be doing:
