The role offers high-value, sophisticated matters and significant responsibility within lean teams, with a base salary up to $260k and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience and a genuine ambition to build a career as a trial lawyer.
• Excellent academic credentials and a record of strong legal work and/or internships.

Responsibilities

• Work on sophisticated commercial disputes involving breach of contract, fiduciary duties and other complex matters.
• Take significant responsibility for legal research, briefing and dispositive motions.
• Manage key elements of discovery and deposition preparation.
• Assist in developing case strategy with experienced trial partners.
• Gain exposure to hearings, arbitrations and trials on high-value disputes.
• Work in lean teams with meaningful responsibility beyond routine tasks.
