I am working directly with the leadership of an elite Dallas litigation boutique looking to add an exceptional associate to its commercial disputes team.

• Work on sophisticated commercial disputes involving breach of contract, fiduciary duties, business torts, trade secrets, intellectual property, financial services and other complex business litigation.
• Take significant responsibility for legal research, briefing, dispositive motions and substantive written advocacy.
• Manage key elements of discovery and work directly on deposition preparation and depositions.
• Assist in developing case strategy alongside experienced trial partners.
• Gain exposure to hearings, arbitrations and trials on high-value disputes.
• Work within lean teams where strong associates are expected to contribute substantively rather than simply execute tasks.
