The role focuses on high-stakes disputes, including class actions, complex commercial litigation and financial restructuring matters, with opportunities for trial and appellate work. You will handle all stages of litigation, from pleadings to discovery and strategy, in a collaborative, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience in class actions, commercial litigation, or financial restructuring.
• Experience across all stages of the litigation lifecycle.
• Strong motion practice and discovery experience.
• Exposure to trials and appeals.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Stellar academic credentials; comparable law firm experience.
• Ability to work in person in the Dallas office.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation from inception through resolution.
• Work on class action and financial restructuring litigation.
• Draft and respond to complaints and other pleadings.
• Manage sophisticated discovery.
• Research and draft motions and briefs.
• Support matters through trial and appeal.
• Conduct complex legal research and analysis.
• Develop litigation strategy alongside partners and senior attorneys.
• Work on high-stakes disputes for sophisticated clients.
